Yoga and Play for Kids!
Welcome to Bouncing Buddhas!

Bouncing Buddhas is about introducing yoga to children in a fun safe environment. We introduce simple yoga poses through creative story telling and music. Through play and the use of the imagination, we take children on various adventures which allows them to learn about animals, nature and their body parts.
Our classes are taught in small groups, giving each child a great deal of personal attention.

Yoga benefits children in numerous ways. It is helpful for bodies still developing. It promotes strength, flexibility, co-ordination and body awareness. Breathing techniques teach children how to focus, relax and develop self-control. Through the use of interactive games and animated postures yoga can help improve concentration and maintain focus.
